What does not work well
- One subject, one action, one place works best. Crowds, text on signs and fast cuts go wrong.
- Faces and hands can drift over 5 seconds. Dialogue in quotes is spoken on the standard and pro tiers, not on free.
- Prompts are checked before generation. Real people by name, minors and sexual content are refused, and nothing is charged.

Is the free video real, and does it need a card?
Yes, and no card. One video per device per day: 5 seconds, 720p, no sound, with a small corner mark, generated and downloadable. Sign in and you get a second one. If it fails or is rejected, nothing is used up.
Does the video have sound?
Standard and pro videos do: the model generates sound with the picture, and dialogue you write in quotes is spoken. Free videos are silent; the credit table shows which tier has sound.
How long does it take?
It depends on the queue. The page shows the current stage, and you can come back later; nothing is lost if you close the tab.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Videos made on a paid plan or with a credit pack are yours to use commercially. Free videos are for personal use.
What happens to my photo?
It is deleted after 7 days and never used for training. The full rule is in the privacy policy.
Why was my photo or prompt rejected, and was I charged?
The reason is shown on the page. Checks run before generation, so nothing is charged for a rejected video, and you can appeal; a person answers within 48 hours.
How do I cancel?
