Cancel, refunds and rights
Cancel any time from your account page, one click, no email needed. Your credits stay until the end of the paid period. A new subscription with less than 20% of its credits used can be refunded in full within 7 days. You own the videos you make on a paid plan and can use them commercially. Your photos and prompts are never used to train models.
Questions
Do subscription credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset each month. Credit packs never expire, and subscription credits are used first.
What does a credit buy?
A 5 second fast video is 2 credits, a 5 second standard video with sound is 4, and an 8 second pro video in 1080p is 7. The Generate button shows the number before you press it.
What happens if a video fails?
Nothing is charged. Credits come back on any failure or rejection, and retrying the same job does not charge twice.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, videos made on a paid plan or with a credit pack are yours to use commercially. Free videos are for personal use.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
